Outpatient Psychotherapist

I am a current Licensed Graduate Social Worker (LGSW) in my position as an outpatient psychotherapist at Inspire Services! I hold a master's degree in social work from Grand Canyon University in Phoenix, AZ; and my bachelor's in social work from Minnesota State University, Mankato, MN. Prior to psychotherapy, I had been working in the Adult Rehabilitative Mental Health Services (ARMHS) program at Inspire Services for over 7 years as a Mental Health Practitioner. I went into the mental health field because of my passion for helping others navigate life's challenges and uncover their strengths. I enjoy helping my clients reach their goals and finding their true value and worth. My goal is to provide a safe, compassionate space for clients to explore their emotions, develop resilience, and achieve a sense of well-being. 

Outside of work, I thoroughly love gardening/landscaping, history, travel and sightseeing, reading historical non-fiction, and spending time with my family.
