Mental Health Care
Your mental health is essential to living a fulfilling life. Each person’s path to mental health is unique, and we recognize this. That’s why we meet with you initially to see where you need help and we will make a treatment plan with you to ensure we address exactly what you want. You are the driver for your treatment and will be guided with our therapists. Therapy is most effective with consistent attendance by you. It takes time to develop a relationship with your therapist, and may take time to get to the good stuff.
