Hi, I am Sarah Vande—mom of two, bonus mom of five, and rescue fur momma of three. Your eyes did not deceive you; I am a mom of seven amazing kiddos ranging in age from 1.5 to 24. My blended family is my life, and it’s what I enjoy doing the most when I'm not working with clients. Although my life essentially revolves around my kids, I also enjoy spending my time doing other things, whether that be enjoying a relaxing bath, coloring or "doodling" with my younger kids, shopping, sewing, or spending time with friends trying out new food, adventures, or kid-friendly spaces.

I am a 2014 high school graduate from Fairmont Jr./Sr. High School, where I obtained my diploma. I attended college briefly at the University of Minnesota - Morris, where I was studying for a degree in Education with a double major in Special Education. Life happened, and I began questioning my desire to continue pursuing that route, which led to spending the next three years working in fast food while attempting to determine my next move. Fast forward to 2021, when I began working with MRCI based out of Mankato. As an Employment Specialist with MRCI, my goal was to help clients with disabilities of all ages, backgrounds, races, etc., obtain employment in the community in which they resided, as well as help them maintain it. Four years and lots of success later, here I am, joining the team at Inspire Services. I am excited to continue helping clients in more ways than just employment, although I am definitely your girl if that is one of your goals when it comes to bettering yourself and your situation.

I'm sure at this point you've clearly been able to tell that I'm a bit quirky, weird, and goofy, but that's the OCD side of me coming out in a unique way.
